Bernbach Travel was established in 2020 when the owners wanted to share their love of travel and travel planning with their clients. With many years of experience under them, they have built a strong and dedicated team to help clients all over the US. Each vacation package is celebrated when booked, it makes us just as happy as it makes you when you finally get to put that deposit down on a vacation you have been dreaming about. Heather

Heather has been in the travel industry for many years and loves to help friends and families create memories through travel. Heather is married and is a mother of 2 wonderful kids and loves to travel with her family or with friends. As a child, she didn’t have the opportunity to travel much and that is where researching destinations became a hobby. She used to dream of the wonderful places that she would someday visit. While creating custom vacation packages, Heather puts all of the research and work into each vacation as she does her own travel. Heather loves the planning process down to each small detail and promises the same to all of her clients.

Heather travels to the most popular destinations so that she can bring first-hand knowledge back to her clients. Heather is a Certified Sandals/Beaches Specialist as well as an AMR Resort Master Agent, trained in the Disney College of Knowledge, Jamaica specialist and so many more certifications. She never stops learning for her clients. She specializes in Group Travel, specifically high school groups, Destination Weddings, All-Inclusive travel and European adventures; but still loves planning even the smallest escapes or theme park fun.

Sara has a passion for all things travel! She is married and has five children, and they love traveling to new destinations annually. Sara has almost 30 years of combined travel management experience, including sales, leadership and now business owner. She has traveled across the globe including Africa, Europe, Canada and the Caribbean. What started as a passion for planning Disney vacations, she now has extensive experience planning All Inclusive travel, honeymoons and destination weddings. She builds custom itineraries to Europe and across the globe, and has a heart for all things Africa.

Sara prides herself on staying up to date on the latest training and protocols and not only is a Certified Sandals/Beaches specialist, she holds many certifications in the industry including being an AM Resorts Master Agent. Planning is what started this passion and she makes sure your travels are perfectly planned from start to finish.

Bill and Lindsey Smith joined Bernbach Travel in January 2021. Bill and Lindsey have been traveling the globe together for 15 years. The charm of the Caribbean and the family fun of Disney are just two destinations that they enjoy visiting. Bill and Lindsey decided to join Bernbach Travel because they want to share their love of travel with the world! Bill and Lindsey live in Raleigh, NC and have one son, Jackson.
